It looks like you are at that point where upgrades are getting very expensive.
-I would go with blackthorne pants over your rare ones. You will get a ton more ehp even tho the bt pants wont have allres. With the int buff from soul harvest/gruesome feast, your allres will be buffing to very good numbers so focus on hp then armor then allres.
-You could probly craft a better amulet or buy a good tal rasha's. Look into that.
-Look out of a better witching hour. An affordable upgrade will show up eventually.
-Upgrade zuni vision when you can afford.
-Your gloves are great so you probly won't want to change but maybe you can add some dps without losing alot of the ehp on a crafted pair.
Your wd is looking solid. Upgrades are going to be expensive but can be found or crafted with a little patience.
