This is how my monk goes :
664 Resist with aura 904 with barb's warcry

is it better for resist > vit > dex? just tanking inferno?

i'm a tanker for a group of 3 .. lots more vit and resist? and stand there to tank?

I heard Act2 was nerfed a bit as far as normal mobs burst damage goes. I started solo questing in act3 and was doing decent, dying a bit but for the most part doable. It will be some time til i can afford the gear necessary to make it a bit smoother. But i'm still sticking to my original plan of stacking life on hit up to 1500+ and dual wielding some sweet 1000k 1 handers.

I figure once i have a couple rare 1000k+ 1 handers equipped my dps should be at around 22k-25k resting. Then I"ll need 50-60k hp.. Sitting at 39k hp and 522 resistances resting. 627 if i use the mantra buff which i'd prefer to stay with conviction.

Any input on the new Boon of protection (Boon of inspiration) - how much LoH does it give?

On average how much life do you guys have? i've been told as monk we can run a bit lower than most other classes

this is my build. ultimate build for farming inferno, beside the 2000 dex + mantra of evasion 80k hp + armor passive at 120 million gold gear

I got a question regarding attack speed, is the damage on weapon counted with the attack speed?

If it is counted in, a normal weapon with 1.40 attack speed and 710 dps would be better?

That's not counted in right?

Nope, it's not.

You definitely want a higher attack speed though. The higher the attack speed the more times you'll get the life on hit. So, more attacks/time = more life regenerated.
