I second this advice,
One piece of advice I would like to add is that you go and sell those Inna's Pants with Vit+Str they should sell rather nicely and Barbs are looking for those to maximize their builds (too bad its 8% ias would have been worth a pretty penny).
You Should not go for a Witching hour until you can afford a 80 Dex 60+ Vit with 9/43+
Go after Inna's favor with as much Dex and Vit as you can afford, they usually outperform Witching Hours (assuming you have the 2-piece bonus) until you have a larger budget.
Replace the Manticore Entirely with a 1300 DPS + 200 Dex + one you can sometiems get Vitality and decenly high base Crit Damage for a fairly cheap price.
Definitely craft some bracers!
