First I was thinking a new manticore with +100 base damage or better + better CD and CD Gem Upgrade...

also I was thinking of a better WH belt and better bracers... but gold is a factor at the moment as in.. I dont have much 4M is what is my bank roll and although I will farm some items / get more gold at some time I was hoping that I could get some help with future progression.

most of that gear is extreme tri/quadfecta gear, and ias/cc mempos and cc/ias lacunis.

The biggest UG you'll get per one item will be a better manti with 1100+ dps and 2 soc

How much cd aim I aiming for on a ring/neck? Would it end up better than my current rings (avg dmg, dex, ias, cc) (probably can't check until server is up if you don't remember my rings, I'll just put the question here)?

What kind of DPS would it take to farm mp1 inferno easily (mainly alk runs)? I'm currently sitting at 120k dps with 24.1k hp, 238 res all. I want to drop about ~10k dps for a helm with socket to gain more exp but I'll have to test it out.

Can u post your Gear again so i can check where your Breakpoints should be and what you have to add

I would if I can, I was lucky enough to get those emerald gems for my weapon from Christmas giveaways xD.

Fees for the builds/upgrades will be on an individual basis and very fair.  Keep in mind that if you are going for Top tier it will take awhile to find the proper pieces at the right prices, mid ranged characters can be built very rapidly depending on the market.

Advice is free just post your Diabloprogress link and what hurdle you can't seem to get over, or don't say anything and we can help you get the most bang for your buck by just looking at your current setup.

Gz to that! For LOW MP you need more attspeed try to get on your Rings the IAS Also get more Vit ! You dont need vile ward get rare shoulders with big Vit/DEX and @res
Then Change your Amu to new one with CC/CD you can have more CD on Amu then on rings!
This is what you should aim for atm!
