Then how can you say diablo 3 has life left? You make no sense. Only a select few people raced for 99. Everyone else went for 90-95 and built pvp chars. If you were playing diablo just to lvl up you were doing it all wrong.
the D3 devs thought Diablo was about leveling up too, now look at it, just fuckin look at it.
Only a select few level to 99? What kind of bullshit number is that? In what world do you think
A Few would be an acceptable amount? It's much more than a few, by the way.
Leveling was enormous in diablo2 .....always remaking characters, trying new builds....guess what, you need to level in order to do that. PVE in general, which goes hand-in-hand with leveling, was huge.....MF, rushing, cows/chaos/baal/uber.
At least Diablo3 continued introducing different types of content with different scenary. PVP still exists, even though it's not the outside of bloodmoor style that we all played for years. As much as we all enjoyed D2 pvp, it was incredibly flawed and annoying. Town PK, trying to leave the game to get your body back, but then the game fills up ( pub games, obviously). Item imbalancing, especially elemental. It was flawed, but like i said, we all still enjoyed it.
Diablo 3 still has life left because expansions with extra content, and patches with extra content can still add more to the game and bring back players. Just because the way you interact with other players is different, doesn't mean the game doesn't have a community or a player base. The game is one of the top selling games of all time, I'm sure the population still
exists.Again, the hatred towards Diablo 3 is incredibly exaggerated.
