There is no skill balance because all classes basically skip everything until a massive pile of whites then they nuke. This is all classes.
Botting is rampant because the game rewards playing more than it rewards skill. Blizzard does nothing about the bots. One major ban since launch. One.
This is pretty accurate but d2 is the same way. No skill cap. Grind (or buy) your gear. Set up a bot, afk all ladder, sell gear for forum cheese, repeat.
