You certainly CAN roll of +damage for %damage, you fucking idiots, it's just really hard and costs a lot. People used to do this ALL THE TIME pre-ros because certain skills ONLY TAKE IN TO ACCOUNT PRIMARY MAINHAND WEAPON, so there's no point in having +damage on secondary weapon, and if you roll %damage it also affected your MAINHAND WEAPON.

I'm pretty sure WW alternates which weapon it uses, so in this case rolling off +damage would be idiotic, but yall are fucking idiots

pre-ros ppl used low dps secondary weapon
