Honestly, you'll need more than 300m. I recommend getting the best WKL weapon you can, along with your other weapon once you save enough gold.

FOT and SW Cyclone dmg is always applied by bonus from WKL regardless of which hand swung the last.

This is just like other elemental dmg increased modifier.

But bell doesn't get the bonus from wkl obviously.
