Yes.
Nado ticks aren't an average, it's whatever weapon you last swung with, and since the WW & RLTW breakpoints are the same, it gets stuck where you're only producing MH nados or only producing offhand Nados for a period of time while you're WWing.
Don't listen to these morons and their "40% damage from WW", WW's damage got buffed by nothing but negligible amounts, and these morons will do nothing but lead you astray.
dat guy is right

In short, this is the conclusion. For
ww barb build, it will utilize
mainly 2 skills for damage. Nado & WW.Nado damage (more than
80% of ww barb damage)--> depends on
Mainhand dps, Strength, CC, CD, Average APS from both mh & ohWW damage (less than
20% of ww barb damage)--> depends on
Screen DPS , hence
offhand dps will play its part here.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8qBCI70iFHoThis is the proof that whirlwind does less than 20% damage from overall ww barb build.
N let us compare 760dps dagger vs 1000dps sword.
In terms of
ww damage, the sword would merely give an improvement of less than 8% of overall damage output.
On the other hand, dagger stats will affect
nado damage significantly (higher aps, critical damage), which give at least 20% more damage output.
all wrong
