My goal is to effectively farm and work my way up through the Monster Powers. I'm lookin for a good farming build, doesnt have to be faceroll but one where i dont die 3-4 times on most elite pack and have to zerg the shit out of them to kill them. I cant settle on a decent build that balances survivability with killing efficiency, nor can i afford top of the line amazing gear.

I am mobile right now so I can't see your gear but a couple things might help. Grab some allres and try to get to 250. That will help you a ton. If you can get a windforce that is a DPS sidegrade or upgrade with 40%+ knockback I would go for it. They can be heavily abused against all but champion/bosses.

Try hungering arrow cinder rune since your base crit is low the bleed will likely be better DPS and it procs like crazy. Caltrops are great but try either the one that 80% slows or the one that gives 10% crit. A nice strategy is to place one and stand on it while you shoot, when mobs close the gap move back and set another. The 10 crit will add a lot of DPS for you.

Numbing traps passive isn't very good. You could use guardian sentries and switch your passive to custom engineering for a little more synergy with the caltrops and extra damage mitigation/DPS.

My dmg is very low, about 60k with elemental arrow with frost arrow rune.

I use windforce with 1200dmg.

Before 1.03 patch i focused on attack speed so now i have about 1400dex. I think it`s pretty low. What can i do?

Windforce won't proc often with most skills. The best ones for knockback proc are...

Entangling shot - Shock collar
Hungering arrow - Cinder arrow
Elemental Arrow - Ball lightning

The problem is that you need time to shoot to actually do damage.

Try using Entangling + Frost Arrow + Fan of Knives with the radius increase rune and the cull the weak passive. Caltrops work great with this setup too. Defend your spot until it gets hot then retreat and repeat. The entangling shot shock collar rune with windforce makes it almost impossible for mobs to get near you.
