You have 0MF from gear and you are plvl21, what have you expected? You need a lot of MF from items/plvl to have a chance to find something good.
You should at least get some MF from follower.

i was expecting to find something worth selling so i can upgrade my gear which is impossible to do without finding an item to sell, might as well be gold farming.

Anyway on topic found a legendary, another just bad drop worth 500k if anyone even buys it for that.

tbh, if ur feel like ur getting complete shit rolls, save up a full "stash page" of ilvl 63 armors/weapons and 61/62 ammies/rings and 62 off hands n sell em as unids to make a decent amount of money. tis what i did to start off, worked wonders n allowed me to drop some $$ on some decent mf gear on my barb but then i rage quit my barb cuz my internet sucks (FUCK RUBBERBANDING..so wd all day) gl though.

So far i just made my which doctor when i made this thread

was a 100% new character with 0 kills about 11 days ago, jesus ive killed alot of elites so far.
