No retard they don't. However it only takes one moron to go to D3 forums/make a you tube video, ect.. to get the word out. If everyone just stfu about shit like this, we could keep our skills and stop getting nerfed...

i can't believe this. on the day 1.04 wsas released, i tried everey single twister rune except this one, and every arcane torrent rune, even tried meteor and a lot of other skills to see if anything gave me close to the amoutn of procs that wicked wind gave. none. but then here i am, having tried everything but this one thing because the extra bonus (the release on signature spell) seemed useless. and it turns out its the best.

they way i look at it nothing lasts forever.. maybe this build will help diablo 3 and keep people to play this game... they should realize that people want this build to stay because its good option. I would quit d3/wizard period without this build because wizards become so weak unless u spend a 200 mil + on gear
