not even close on either of those statements.
a 50m+ weapon has 800+ dps, 400+ LOH, and 101%+ crit (that means 1os)

lifesteal is underrated as people don't really understand the mechanics behind it...
i think its underpowered just a little right now but blizzard is playing the safe side looking in to the future when everyones damage is top notch
