This is just retarded. When I buy a game for 60€ I expect it to be ready and done. There is no way I can know how blizzard intended the game to work. And now they are starting to ban. Well of course it'a abusing game mechanics but once a game is being sold the main functions should be tested and working.

Look at botting forums - they all be getting banned. Blizz did a 0 hour on them, found a whole bunch of them over the last week then banned them all at once to get as many as possible before news spread.

Also people seem to forget this ins't WoW, mods of ANY sort are 100% banned - some are obviously easier to get cought with than others, and some will be taken more seriously, but you are risking everything on your account and your CD key when you use shitty little mods like MF gear switch ones... So careful - few people been banned for these I think
