Using vista d3prefs will not show

Can anyone help me? I can't locate d3prefs.txt. I am on windows 7 32 bit and downloaded the client from online!

The D3Prefs.txt file will be located in your My Documents\Diablo III folder. Again, you really shouldn't be editing anything in there or creating the file in another location.

Try going there directly through the folders and see if you see it then , rather then just typing d3prefs.txt in search.

I have downloaded the beta, and am experiencing high latency... I have not actually played in the game, but when i open the beta and just look around the title screen, the latency is very noticeable. Is anyone else having this problem? Is it only at the title screen?

I do not have a dedicated video card, but do have 256mb of dedicated video RAM according to the system requirements lab website.

I downloaded the d3 beta and there is no 'D3Prefs.txt' in any of the folders. I searched for it. I manually looked for it. It doesn't exist.

Tried re-downloading. Still not there.

Now what? lol

Nevermind, I found out what was going on. Got the txt doc to show up too.

Can't see this file either, even when searching for hidden files etc.

Tried, this seems to somewhat work. I don't get the gray screen, Just a black one with what i am assuming is D3 music playing. Do I just let it sit there? Or is my shit so too outdated?
