true and false... just because a company is making tremendous amounts of money by charging their customers to use their servers, does not mean they will keep these maintained. if a "problem" makes money. would you fix it if not legally obligated? im sure blizz has thought of revamping D2 to eliminate duping n such, but million dollar industries are alive today BECAUSE of the duping (i.e. lewt) and by banning users guess what they just did, hopefully gets you to buy the game again. so now blizz has charged you three times, once for the game, to use the server, and that second copy you bought cuz you got banned. capitalism at its finest!!!
in conclusion, no problems are problems until they cost money
