Um.....everyone can't just simply get the best gear...It would take you MONTHS to get a full t10 set doing just heroics. People frown upon anyone with t9 for icc...

Is it easier to get gear than it used to be? yes.

Hard mode is there for a reason and i typically dont see people get carried through toc and above hardmodes.

Its a glitch.. not supposed to get XP from them. Which is why in 1.13 they won't give XP, and they won't spawn like that with Mephy.
