Armor matters most in next patch?


Until then I still have the extra 1200~ armor from STI before it's nerfed so I don't need to use enchantress or I could, for a total of about ~7100, but it seems unnecessary.

How much paper DPS is that adding? 200 armor is roughly equal to 20 res all, it's not *that* much if you can get a good dps boost in it's place.

5200 armor is pretty average for 1.0.5, you should be ok. It's going to be a lot harder for us to keep to the 1:10 ratio because of enchantress and STI nerf, so armor will inherently be worth more anyways since most of us will have higher @res than armor now.

I'm really hoping DH's suck ass in 1.05 and sell all their dex gear to us monks =P

if you consider them sellin their legacy nat shit? which is completely useless for us monks haha

LS starts getting pretty great around 65-70k dps imo.

we use EF because of the flat decimal increase it gives to attack speed since monks do well with high aps.

Okay, so I'm really new to this game. Made a monk right away. So far I was able to solo Act I in Inferno perfectly fine, I haven't tried Act II yet. Now I don't have much gold at the moment, since I'm new and just got to inferno, but I was wondering what I should start upgrading. I understand I need more dex overall, but how much will I need to be able to get to 1800 dex overall without dropping everything else? Also how much will I need to upgrade to be able to farm Act III without dying constantly? Thanks in advance!

thanks for, im playing hc and gathering items for my monk when he is 60, ive veiwed so many of your guys profile to see what weapons are best etc,

i see many with 700 dps offhand with LS crit damage , dex, soc and sum with loh is that best for offhand? and echoing on main?, lmk thanks
