one pickup radius slot would be nice.
get allres or armor (preferably both) on your bracers.
your chest armor is ok for now, but in the long run, you can do TONS for your ehp by getting 220+ vit and extra armor.
amu should be replaced by a crafted one or tals in the long run, but i wouldnt change it immediately, its ok for now.
shoulders are ok, but not great either
your left ring is pure garbage for the build you are using. you should replace it by a nice cc pox, your setup is massively lacking effective mana pool, so the 20 mana/s will be very helpful.
gloves are fine
belt.... meh. more everything, ofc.

pants: getting 180+ vit and 40-50 allres should easily be possible even for a small budget. once again, you are losing out on tons of ehp on this slot.
right ring is very nice, your best item imho.
boots...get either armor or allres or pickup radius on them. 2 of those at once would be even better

knife: ok, your second best item imho.
serpent: i really dont like it. yours has barely more avg dam, int and cc than a good frog, a useless skill bonus and the lowest possible elite bonus roll. and it provides no effictive mana by either max mana or mana regen.
imho you should get a from with something like 100-370 avg dam, 160+ int, 8.5 cc and maybe some vit. this will provide you almost the same dps stats, but provide max mana, mana regen and solve all your pickup radius issues in one sweep.
concerning your skill setup: i wouldnt use bbv, a 2 min cooldown skill, in a build without grave injustice. losing a skillslot for an ability that has an uptime of 20/120 = 1/6th of your actual playtime is no good deal imho.
the most valuable advice i can give you is the following:
do not, I repeat, DO NOT jerk off to sheet dps numbers. they are mostly meaningless on a 1h/mojo wd!!
do not hesitate to lose some sheet dps for a significant improvement in your ability to sustain your bats, like for example by switching the serpent for a frog; do not hesitate to sacrifice some sheet dps for more ehp.
the key to efficient farming on higher mps for wds is cast sustain and survivability, not dps. (i do not say that dps is meaningless or that there is no lower threshold for certain mps, but for almost all budget wds, it is faaaar from being the limiting factor.)
