With the buff on dex, we could start stacking vita or resis where we can't have it now.  Would that be more viable?
It would also make it much easier to open up socket affixes on jewelry for other leg gems

Btw I know this roll sucks but in case I don't get new ones anytime soon what should I enchant?  The area dmg% is max roll otherwise I would've dropped that, or maybe drop it anyway? Maybe attack speed?
