Ok, i know with my budget I wont be breaking any records or so but im pretty happy with where I am considering how much Ive spent.

By the way, i use both the speed palm build on here for general public games and the TR/Bell for essence farming, both brilliant, thanks :)

Im glad to hear that. Have fun!

enemies with strong attacks such as savage beasts and plagued/desecrator combined with molten or arcane. also very large groups of white mobs.

Hello there, I have a question regarding build 6.

How vital to the build is the Thunderclap rune on FoT.
I tried Quickening instead of it and the cyclone strikes output is insane. Wouldn't it make sense to use it in a party situation if you're a fan of the nirvana mechanic?

Just a thought :)

Say you are in a party with a CM wiz and 2 damage dealers. My reasoning here is that you could afford to drop the mobility from Thunderclap for cyclone strike / mantra spamability :D

Cheers.

i mean if im going for crit on EF (build 3+4), is there any special stats on other gear required then? like u must have 3ls on MH, you must have at least XX Dmg to make that lower lifesteal work better, like overall recommended stats
wanna make a monk, no buying items until im sure what to do lol. is it also viable to use innas helmet and tal armor for example? im not sure if i should post this on that other monk thread here, but its all based on the Crit EF u mentioned on build 3+4, so im asking specially this here for now :)

The main point of those builds were to spam as many bell or cyclone strike as possible within that nirvana window.

CD/+APS of EF on OH increases the dmg of bell/cyclone strike. That's why if you have CD EF in your stash, you can use it for these builds to maximize the dmg of bell/cyclone strike.

Yes, it's totally up to your preference. :) Quickening works great with both bell/cyclone strike builds.

I just love the mobility of Tclap, so I'm mostly sticking with it. Just like when I play my CM Wiz, I prefer to use Teleport for my free slot.

Being able to jump into the middle of packs everywhere is what I like to do.

It all depends on your other stats. Good to have at least 2.5% LS.

The builds are for high end monks as I mentioned in the topic, so the monks who are using these should be at high dmg with balanced stats.

Innas helmet/tal armor is a good alternative to inna/inna or inna/bt, so yes you can go that way if you like it.

And I personally like to stick with my Dual LS set up for all builds. It's just my preference.

Teleport to another mob when Plague/desecretor spawns under your feet. Avoid Arcane and Molten using mobility.
Use your environment.
I usually use the corners when I'm against molten/fire-chain mobs, as long as they only have molten/fire-chains and nothing else >.<
As for the others, I teleport away with Fist of thunder or run XD
