the next step is to get a zuni pox for the 4set mana regen bonus. this is pretty much mandatory. additionally, i would get rid of poison darts and replace them with bears. another huge gap in your build is that you are completely lacking lifesteal. get a lifesteal weapon, maybe a lifesteal skorn would be a good idea. skorns are very mana efficient and thus well-suited for beginner chars who cant yet rely on killing everything quickly. oh, and replace hex with locust swarm - pestilence. this skill can be used to attract large packs of monsters who will just run into your bats. and ofc you have to replace dire bats with cloud of bats if you want to use the bats as your main attack.
honestly, you are desperately in need of wd basics. just go read some guides... wds are a very powerful, but hard to understand class. it is unlikely that you will figure out the most efficient way to play wd on your own. in any case, gear is not your biggest concern atm.
