depends on how much str, cc and cd you have. a link to your armory would help.

How low can i go for DPS on my 2nd weapon? Does the DPS matter on it? should i just go for like 600 LOH 60% CD and a socket?

off hand's dps doesn't matter for TORNADOES dps... but it matters with bash and WW, when you know it, make your choice.
I prefer a offhand with at least 600dps...

ok guys, I bought me a skorn lol I tested it and its beautiful damage..

unfourtunatley my gear dont match it, my gear is ment for dual Wielding, fast and agile... in and out.. not tanker..
I got 13 mil to upgrade with.. can someone check out my gear let me know your thoughts? I dont mind tipping for your time.. cause im getting gold in on the 15th this month.
first time Im buying with real money on a game lol (besides buying the game) but its worth it.

Key note? defense correct?? makes you more "tankable" correct? Should I load in some Dex for dodge? resist? Vit?

My assumption is more:
Vitality
Attack speed
Crit Chance

what i wanna know now is what to do regarding my weapons. my offhand is pretty nice but my main hand sucks and i can't figure out what the fuck should i look for.
i'm afraid that if i dispose that lifesteal it gives i'm not gonna heal enough, yet i don't know if more dps equals more heal even with less lifesteal
also, should i look for a main hand or a skorn would serve me well?
would my build be ok with it?
i got 38m to spend right now and have no clue where to spend it, also have like 70m on ah waiting to sell.

I'm trying to reduce my deaths as I'd been dying 2-3+ times per a3 run. Looking to add a 400+ loh ammy with cc and str. Do you think I'll also need more life? Or can I go all out dps on the ammy (other than the loh obviously lol)?

Unbuffed stats no ammy no follower:
41.5k dps
564 res all
5763 armor
1k loh
2.9 ls
37.9k life

Also, what follower do most of you guys use? I've been using Enchantress. How survivable can you get followers? Is it worth to to get a ton of loh or life regen on followers?

You need to get more life on hit and a bit more AR. Should either get a LoH neck say 250+ since your starting out, and a 1 hander with at least 650 LoH. Right now your about 600ish LoH, which is kinda low for Act2+. So look for a fast 1hander either dagger or sword with 650+minimum LoH and a neck with LoH 250+/cs/cd...
