how are people getting past 40k dps???

My stats are 26k dps, 615ish @res, 45klife,1kmana.

I used a 850 weapon and 300ish offhand. 1400ish intel..

How do i break 40k!!

Edit - i use PTV and soul harvester (5stacks) gets me 32k.

I'm having issues with dmg too, since I don't want to stack crit as it's clearly the next thing to be nerfed into like break points or something..

My base stats ( without skill modifiers )

35k dps
56k life
2.7k armor
my resistances are all between 500 - 550
888 mana / 28 regen


With harvest and big bad vodoo i do 72k dps

Glass cannon.. upgrading my mojo tonight should put me at 55k damage roughly. I'll have around 2.1k int, glass cannon build. I can solo just fine in act 3. My weapon needs some love too.

I'm over 100k damage with soul harvest and big bad voodoo popped. It's pretty sick.. melt stuff down fast.

There are a big difference between A3 and A4 though. I can't compete in A4. my DPS wasnt sufficient to be able to burst mobs down, and eventually i allways got killed. And Rakanoth is immense. Anyone got a solid Rakanoth strategy?

works like channel skill from wiz, get a slow ias/aps and you r fine.

s0 what is the best or most common successful build right now?

still splinters and zombie bear
soul harvest, spirit walk , the hands on ground, and bbv?
