hey guys, I've been spending some igg on my monk and I actually fell really in love with my build.

never thought that this "Won Khim Lau" is that strong to be honest, even if it doesn't display the numbers in the dps "bar" , you can feel the + 22% more damage from lightning skills.

I think I made a good deal , as I bought the Won Khim Lau for 4m igg ( without gem ).

What do you guys think could/should be updated though?

got about 30m to spend

buy a nice offhand weapon with base crit dmg & a socket and either dex/lifesteal/vit. weapons are the most important item.
imo monks should stack crit chance and attack speed on rings/gloves/amulet. crit dmg isnt as important. but, jewelry is expensive so thats not a priority.

movespeed. either boots or lacunis or innas pants. Same belt with 50+ vit & armor/strength.

Finally bought a pair of Inna's pants. Been looking for the right one at right price for like past 3 weeks... lol

Sold the chest for 80 million.

Ditched the lacuni as well.

Bracer and chest are just some replacement I got for like 500k total. haha

What should get from now on to make it perfect?

I have like 350million gold budget.

I'm thinking of picking up a nice Ice Climber to boost my ehp. Would that be a good idea for the next patch?

You're gonna need a lot higher dps eventually to move into MP10, but Ice Climbers are a REALLY strong choice for boot slot for 1.0.5. When you get closer to not needing as much survivability you could switch them for the 2 piece Nats eventually for the DPS gain though + hellfire or rare trifecta ring on other finger. Since the hellfire ring nerf I hear a lot of people saying it's not as strong of a choice, but honestly the ones that roll trifecta will still be BiS I think...just SUPER rare, nothing like farming for a 20/20 Ptorch where you get one every Sunday, lol.

Just curious, what did you get your pants for? I have a feeling we all wonder sometimes if picking a different OWE single res would have been cheaper, haha. I just picked up my psn res pants yesterday for 23m...got really impatient and didn't want to wait to try to snipe them any longer lol.

Def get new bracers, you got some headroom there, although you have great vit on those.

I really want some MS dex/psn res ice climbers but they are like 200m... urgh. Gotta make my gold back
