From the research I've read they all have similar damage performance. I would say Hexing Pants followed by CDR Magefists if you can get them.

if you dont have a 2h, craft an arcane barb

use hexing pants and see if you dont kill yourself after a few hours

Knives Expert turning into fire is a nice change, but in general I don't think it'll be that popular.

M6+Aughild is also a viable option, a little higher damage against elites than Magefist (a bit lower against normal mobs) and you get a lot of defense.
