howcome demon hunters are so weak and have no spectacular builds?

like, they have the fastest weapon ingame! 1-handed crossbow
they even have offhand whit 20attack speed

i maxed the attack speed of my dh-tester
9*9ias item / 7ias boots / 20ias quiver / 20ias one handed crossbow
1.6*1.2*2.08=4 aps
even took 50%crit chance whit it

tested:
stun granades, even at 4aps, this stuns crap,
nightstalker, all the gear in the world, you not get more then 3disipline per sec from it
smoke screan, even if infinite disapline, the cooldown and timing of this skill makes it 25%effective
you simply not have any good skill benefits from aps or crit chance, the proc rates are poor as hell

not seen a inpressive dh, since the 1.03tank dh, that could leave game(afk 10sec)at full life, when surounded bye 4elite packs,
not telling it should be somekinda super tank, but if tanking is not a option, why not get somthing spectacular instead? like wd/wizz can do, like infinite meteor shower/dogs spam/zoo spam
they not have any special tricks, like the wicked wind 300%aps bonus
patch changes like the is no tomorrow for dh, but...
making a demon hunter is like stacking crit chance and crit damage on my witch doctor

i'm at 3.04 APS, with Bolas - Volatile Explosives + Traps
i'm having a lot of fun, rooms simply explode in millions pixels when i open fire (and after the 1 sec delay), vaulting here and there and making a lot of Ka-BooMs!

How much EHP & DPS should a DH have to play "fluently" MP5 ---> MP7

aim for 150 k unbuffed dps
and 350k ehp

btag not updated, now i have 50dex jools in armor and pants and 54dex in amu and my weapon i calamity 1290 100cd 100+vita (dont want to change weapon now)

Im thinking what should i upgrade next for 20-30m. Maybe a Mempo? For that price i can get it with 180+dex 80+vita 75+all ress and ofc %life (now i have 58.5cc so dont need more). But with mempo i will lose this 20disc bonus with is nice, especiali for ubers.
If you agree with me about mempo, than what after that? Maybe a wiching hour for ~50m or better gloves?

Anyway i would go for the mempo yeah... just switch the rune on prep to focused mind (u'll get 45 disc instead of 50 u had and anyway better than 30 u would get if u keep using backup plan), with Nightstalker that's optimal! (telling from self experience)

1) They take 30% more damage which is a lot
2) APS isn't everything, you need balance among dps and ehp
3) Smokescreen isn't needed as much as before
4) There are plenty of DHs that can tank a shit ton, mine for example has a very good balance (nearly 700k ehp and 170k unbuffed dps), and there are are others with a lot less stats than those that are face-tanking mp7+



Craft a better hellfire ring man, that thing is not too good and ya a mempos would be a nice upgrade.
