Why is my attack speed not increasing when switching to a dagger off hand?

My main hand is a Echo Fury and my old Off hand was a mace, i switched the off hand to a dagger, but my Attacks per second remained the same? whats going on here?

lol relax ... ur screen displays mainhand speed when idle. in combat it will alternate speeds if you open stats window. you definitely gained speed on offhand going from mace to dagger, depending on ias on gear it could be 1 or 2 tick breakpoints. also dagger becomes 1.7x since it gets speed from echo too

My last question would be... since the attacks per second alternates as you are attacking with each weapon... does that mean the damage alternates too? (high dmg when my efury hits and low dmg when my dagger offhand hits)?

Hey, thanks for the advice before.

Have gotten myself 2 IK pieces along with some new boots and quite a few other pieces and things are running a lot smoother although I'm having problems keeping WotB up, might still be down to me just sucking though!
I'd like to ask you to help me out some more if that alright. Kinda wondering what my next upgrade should be. Still got almost 40 million to spend and just like before I want to work my way up to farming MP3 efficiently.
I know my @res is a bit low, like 100 short of where I want to be, so I'm gonna have to work on that. What would be my best options for that and also what kinds of upgrade would give me the best upgrades overall?

Hey, R1ckrolled. Great thread going on, appreciate the advice.

I'm currently running mp5, doing fine on survival and dps, but not sure where to go next. I'm thinking MH, then Echoing on OH, then Innas, then Ice Climbers, then Crit Lacunis. What do you think? Budget is 100m so far.
