I know my res is low.

I was at:
35K dmg
50K health
850 all res

I scarificed 250 all res and 10K health for 25K dmg.
I can kill stuff alot faster and more enjoyable to play.
2 of my items have 0 res and 3 items only single res.
I will watch AH or hope for nice drops.

I will try MP4 tonight and see how it goes.
And will also try MP10 .... its only testing, so i won't lose anything.

i wish to upgrade my dps to 70k unbuff, i think changing weapon is my only option to give a boost

i recently got my shield monk up to 92k dps unbuffed, looking at yours i would say you need crit on your shield and a crit gem in your weapon. also some of your gear has lower dex than you could get

one thing to keep in mind is when you get that much dps you dont really need as much res and life, i do alot better with 850 res 30k life than i thought i would. i bearly ever die when farming a3 alone.

edit: search google for the d3journal monk damage calculator it will tell you the exact dps increase of any item you are thinking of buying, awesome tool.

some of my items have low dex or life coz i want the mf mod on them.
i had to give up some stats.
i am still looking for a weapon with socket or crit damg,maybe shen long is my option now coz not much weapon on sale atm

What should I aim for next? I see most great monks running around with echoing fury, but what stats should I aim for? And what offhand weapon should i get then?
How great of an improvement is inna's pants? Cause I think i'll need to get those aswell, think I'll get the helmet aswell for the extra 130 dex.

my monk, any1 help me to get to 150k dps? what gear should i upgrade next i was thinking geting some ar on bracers or a trifecta glove

New to the monk family and would like to know what kind of stats i should be shooting for and also whats skills to use.

You want about 35% crit at least to start out with this and around 1.75 aps to make it work. This is the build that many monks are farming with. Some people put tempest rush/tailwind in to reduce downtime but this is kind of hard to manage until you're at a higher gear level. Additionally, some use Fleet footed instead of either resolve or STI. Some people sub Deadly reach/foresight for breath of heaven/blazing wrath. Some ppl use hundred fists/blazing fists for movespeed/dps, etc etc etc.

bottom rung for a3 farming would be around 35% crit, 200% cdmg, 750 res all, 35k health. 40k dps ish. You should be able to make it through fine and fairly efficiently with those stats. You could go lower than that but it would probably be faster and more efficient to farm a2 with much lower stats than that till you can afford more gear or find some better drops.

I'm no expert but nobody else is replying, so thats my 2c, haha.
