I can understand your account initially getting locked for having 100b of recently duped gold on it, but for them to essentially tell you to go fuck yourself by trying to explain to them that you accepted the gold before knowing about any exploit is disheartening to say the least.
My suggestion is to keep trying. Blizz Support was probably instructed to not work with any recently locked accounts after this debacle. After some time passes, I would bet you'd get through to someone who is willing to help you.

Yea i have submitted ticket after ticked, and the current one has been up for over 24 hours now with no response.
Better then auto closed though so I will just wait and see.
I have little hope at this point..
Imagine if this were a court system in real life though, convicting someone who is innocent (or at least was just in the wrong place at the wrong time but still innocent)
Disheartens me as well.
