I would say boot with those similar stats with vit
Hellfire ring change to ias /cc ring . Just let the follower wear the hellfire

very low raw damage mainhand

armor is kinda low, and you need more ias (and a .21 echoing isnt very good, you want at least .23 so you can use 4 ias items and hit 2.5 bp)

and you might be better off with bloodthirst passive over superstition
