What piece is in the most dire need of an upgrade?

you could use some more attack speed and crit chance. and a mainhand with more dps, but yours offers very sweet adds, so i understand that you didnt replace it till now.
all in all, i think your barb is quite ok right now.

I have a question regarding my survivability. Im at the moment at 50k hp(without life gem in helmet), and 750-900 allres(buffed, fire res at 900), do you think switching 140 vit for 75-80 allres would be a good choice? That would bring me down to like 45k hp but my buffed res up to 850-1000.

Its the belt im thinking of changing to a high stre/res/life steal one.

Opinions?

What you guys think about going Sword/Shield or Mighty weapon instead of Mace in DW setup?

If u have < 40 + CC you should use mighty weapon IMO, u get more fury so u can keep WOTB up longer.
