Some post 1.0.3 build ideas:
Seems all builds are still viable, even more now.
IAS wasn´t nerfed itself, it still increases DPS a lot, it´s just more expensive/harder to get into extremely high ammounts. Actually, plagued monsters won´t resist poison dmg anymore, which make things easier for splinter builds.
People with act 3/4 on farm with splinters are reporting equal or easier play.
Reduced damage from mobs made Bears more viable, since it requires melee range (ignoring the bugged bears for a moment). Also made balanced builds easier to play, except that people with cheap IAS rings like me might switch to int/crit hit/crit-dmg and go away from splinters. Less dmg also made tank doctor builds far easier due to reduced mob dmg, and consequent need for less expensive gear, which was actually the biggest drawback of the build.
New boss enrage timers might possibly hurt tank builds with too low dps, although from what I hear so far this isn´t much of a problem.
All in all it seems they were good changes.
I will myself move away from glass cannon, I don´t want to fight Blizzard.
For offensive spells I might try batman, not sure yet. Maybe loucust+haunt, or full dots with bats+locust.
