lets do a full calculation, overawe has a constant 24% more dmg. 10.8-21.6 with sweeping winds 26.4-52.8 with FOT main attack, 8.4-16.8 with FOT/TC aoe

total 45.6-91.2 extra weapon dmg = 68.4 average

now moc/submission has a constant 12% more dmg to enemies, 29.12-32.24 from submission if it is 26%, 5.4-10.8 from sweeping winds, 13.2-26.4 for fot main attack, 4.2-8.4 for fot/tc aoe

total 51.92-77.84 =64.88 average



so overawe beats out submission by 4% more average weapon dmg, so in conclusion it seems liek if all you do with your spirit is spam mantra, overawe is a better choice, but if you use something like tempest rush or wave of light instead of spaming your mantra MOC submisson is possibly the better choice as far as dmg per spirit spent is concerned.

I only really die to molten elites, or those baneling things in keep depths level 2, so I guess to make it easier I should increase my damage output? but should I get more dps weapons, or increase my dex on my items?
