its not like you're there thinking, 18 frames per attack with my left weapon, 18, 18, 18, that one was 19! damn these inconsistent attack speeds!
meanwhile people are rubber-banding half way across the screen
not to mention the 3rd attack with fot takes way longer throwing things off further
if you are ocd enough to worry about the number on rawr wow then great but I don't think you can pretend its for a noticeable change to character
it can be, like if your tele clapping after a feared monster and one set is 52 frames and the next is 50, its noticeable.
