What's the significance of +% damage on OH and/or MH weapon?

its per weapon and doesnt have any special affect on ww/nados.. not really much to know

ur one ias item short of the BP, so id grab a ring with 4+CC/STR/AVG DMG/8+IAS, then CHD is a bonus for a high budget

If I was about to get ~55 ias with echoing fury oh (I think bp depends on weapon +aps) to get 2.857 aos or 30 ticks...

which slots would you suggest to have ias?
There are so many combinations and variables that I can't think properly.

its 58 with a .25 echo, 60 with a .23 echo i think

and perfect barb set up imo is:

mempo

trifecta ammy, str, avg dmg

lacuni w/ all res, str, vita

vwards

IK armor

mace MH with lifesteal, echo OH

trifecta IK glove

2* trifecta ring with str and avg dmg

witching hour with 250+str/vita

rare pants 200str 300vita all res armor 2 socket

movespeed climbers

**OR soj and innas pants to replace ias lost, but u lose res from pants so might need it elsewhere**

all those items with 9ias = 63ias, so a couple items can have off perf rolls (depending on +2x echo)

Not sure what to upgrade from here. I feel like ive followed all of the advice and have pretty solid gear but my estimated damage is only 84k which seems low.

CHD=467
APS= 1.38/1.72
Life=33734
LS=5.6%
LOH=575
STR=2089

if you followed the advice, where is your ias? you have none? you want at least 2.0/2.2 breakpoints, ideally 2.2/2.5 with rare weapons or 2.5/2.5 with echo/rare

Thanks for pointing out the obvious: ). I'll look into replacing my CC/CD rings with CC/IAS rings. And I also need to find decent pair of Lacunis.

Losing the CD means things are less likely to explode in one hit and make fury generation easier. IT'S ALL CONNECTED MAN.
