The annoying thing is with teleport-wormhole, illusionist, scramble wizards still don't move fast enough at end game gear.
If illusionist actually proc'd a lot this could be as fast as barbs in terms of movement speed, but it doesn't proc on most hits if u have decent gear.
More than half of the act 3 mobs can't take more than 15% hp off with 1 hit. You actually have to drop some armor/res to proc illusionist.
maybe intentionally use very little life and force armor plus lots of life regen. like the very early builds, if you remember them.
make it so that most trash monsters deal 17-25% of your life per hit, so that they reliably proc illusionist. this means rather low ehp. because the difference between hard- and softhitting monsters quite big, this means that if hits from low-punching mobs deal 15% life per hit, then hard hitting ones would easily deal 50-150% - thats what force armor is for, reducing those hits to 35%.
but im not sure if this would work out well in practice.
