I happen to be currently looking for a crit chance allegiance so to me, that is definitely not a "piece of shit" :(

On a side note, based on RedV's in-depth analysis, the concluding thought is to purchase a 6/6/6 triumvirate over a chantodo's as an end-game item.

Hypothetically, which roll on triumvirate would be better?

(A) 5/5/6% + 2xx int (random percentages)

(B) 6/6/6% + 1xx int

what stats unbuffed should be a goal for this build?
mainly asking for dps/res/life

probably going to roll a wizard cause bored of monk, thx in advance for answers

in order to efffectivly farm act 3 with a wizard u need a couple 100 million , wizzards are very expeesnive , eespecialy archon builts , if i had to make a new char i would roll a barb definetly

200mil sounds like a bit too much now with the way equipment values have dropped. You could probably gear a decent archon wizard for < 100 mil these days.

WW barbs are definitely still cheaper to gear, but there's a pretty strong chance that they'll end up getting nerfed anyway.

200m is about what my monk is worth so I'm gonna decide until end of weekend.

anyway with new patch changing skills and monsters etc, I think old builds are all gonna have to change. Less defensive skills and go all out speed, teleport-wormhole with illusionist.

The annoying thing is with teleport-wormhole, illusionist, scramble wizards still don't move fast enough at end game gear.
If illusionist actually proc'd a lot this could be as fast as barbs in terms of movement speed, but it doesn't proc on most hits if u have decent gear.

More than half of the act 3 mobs can't take more than 15% hp off with 1 hit. You actually have to drop some armor/res to proc illusionist.

maybe intentionally use very little life and force armor plus lots of life regen. like the very early builds, if you remember them.

make it so that most trash monsters deal 17-25% of your life per hit, so that they reliably proc illusionist. this means rather low ehp. because the difference between hard- and softhitting monsters quite big, this means that if hits from low-punching mobs deal 15% life per hit, then hard hitting ones would easily deal 50-150% - thats what force armor is for, reducing those hits to 35%.

but im not sure if this would work out well in practice.
