you could try to replace 2-5 of your rubies with amethysts and see how that feels. my bet is that you kill somewhat slower, but gain lots of stability. and that the actual speed of your runs does not suffer that much.

ring#1 with a loh\all res\stats one...
amu with cd/cc and loh
belt with higher stats (they are pretty cheap)

of these 3 weapons, which 2 should i use and which should be mainhand and which offhand?

also if i should switch the gems

if i calculated it correctly, you got only 41.5% cc. i would suggest a bit more than that.

ya im looking at around 43.5% with my passive. my LOH is only around 900 also which needs to go up.

im having a hard time with inferno act 3 mind you... Is there any big flaw in my gear anyone can see?

your armor is very low. keep in mind that armor is an effective and important stat in d3, unlike in d3 where it was a joke.
also, use the enchantress instead of the templar. she is muuuch better. use the spells that give your 15% armor and 3% attack speed, the other 2 are irrelevant. but those 2 things alone will help you out a lot.
another problem i see with your char is the low dps. the longer it takes you to kill shit, the longer you have to tank the shit that the shit is throwing at you.
