I have 19m to spend. What do I do next? Or, should I save more for something? I'm currently farming a3, but kinda slow and I die a few times every couple runs. Takes me about 1:30 to do barracks all the way through Azmodan. Most of my stuff is self found

dying isn't really bad untill it's too often, I'd get dw setup with crit/socket and some life steal. 1.4aps, preferably.
Should be loads cheaper than your budget.

my plans for the next upgrade is either, nats ring + nats boots, lacuni with similar stats and crit chance, or vile ward with vita or higher dex.

any one see any other upgrades that might be cheaper/easier to find then what i mentioned?

I switched to shield from DW...can't do a3 with 33k health and 600 res@, and no block. That shield does a lot more for me than my offhand was...but, I'll give it another go. I don't think life steal is a very good idea with 40k dps... do you?

actually, I was doing a3 pretty smoothly with 28k life/ 35k dps/ 2.9ls and ~400 loh and 700res, just before I bought Inna's.
Same weapons etc.

With Innas my res are at 300 range, let's see how it turns out, didn't have a chance to play my monk this morning.

LS is good with ~40k dps range but you still need ~500-700 loh IMHO.

enduring wheel, idealy all res or main res as a mando, loh as a mando, and then a combination of crit, ias, dex, vita, or all res/mainres (depending on what you picked for mando) just look around and get whats in your budget. use a dps/ehp calculator before you buy.

I'm on a budget of about 3M atm so i dont have a lot of room for improvement gear wise i think since real upgrades are really expensive most of the time (i'm playing on europe btw)
But maybe you guys could point out which stats i should focus on (e.g. a lil less res or less vitality), would be great if you could set some minimum stats to aim for for farming act3.

new bracers, main res, all res, crit ch, dex, vita things like armor life regen are nice bonuses.

if you have stuff left after that maybe a helm same stats, maybe 4+ crit but a socket for ammythyst.

use a dps/ehp calculator before you buy.
