20% more damage, disables cc on elites which are charmed, they also usually don't run away
it is really good skill

Yeah get your CC to at least 40 before tackling the mana regen issue.

I use ruby for the benefits to lifesteal..

It does, and each have the pro's and cons.

Ruby are better for life steal and also better for low mp.

Do you think emerald is better for mp10 then? or higher mp in general?

Better skorn (just higher dps)

I'm not too sure how necessary the SoJ is.. If you look at my post above, I don't use an SoJ and I don't have any mana issues, you can gain another 6CC from that

The other things are higher priority IMO

I have a zuni helm if you're interested in one with CC

the skorn won't be a cheap upgrade
