Ur profile is missing OH/GLoves/Belt lol. BUt u dont need ASI on every single piece to maintain wrath. Get it on gloves, echoing in OH, helm and ring. For WW bp calculations, refer to here

Guessing ur having fury problems but maybe not as much cus u have 5 piece IK but ur missing a lot of crit chance on ur rings/ammy. Also, ur OH has 19% fear which is going to be annoying as fk when ur farming. U want sumtin around 11-12%, but 14% max otherwise, its just a pain.

Depends on what ur other gear is. If u dont haev ASI on gloves/ring, u need asi on ammy. If u have it on rings + gloves + like mempo/witching, then u can go for CHD/CC on ammy. Refer to my response above for where to g to calculate nado breakpoints.

switched to rend over war cry, and bought cheap lacunis. and a IAS ring
i have low life 36k, and res all only around 400-450 w no war cry now. also trouble keeping WoTB up vs single targets, act bosses no prob but others are.

Not procing nados is not normal lol. Ur prolly mis timing ur clicks. make sure ur actually travelling at high speed to proc max tornados when u ww. Assuming ur using ww/huricane. If not, switch tothat. Not sure why u hitting single targets, shudn be that often. If u wanna farm effeiciently, just skip them.
