Yeah, I've attempted to maximize its effectiveness on multiple occasions; and it's never really worked. It's great for Act bosses and for places where you can literally run around a mob. But, usually, you're just running backwards most of your time.

vouch

plus it doesnt seem to stack the insights well with the orb, only skill that stacks them well is magic missile... but yeah id rather use orb + the cold mastery

Has anyone cleared ponies with this build? If so can you give a brief rundown on your stats? :x

Uh - follow up to my last question.
The only way to get movement speed seems to be Boots + Lacuni Prowlers + Hammer Jammers. That yields a 25ish% total.
However, using that setup instead of my current one I would lose more than 160 int, more than 100 vit and around 40ish allres - if I would buy really good ones. I don't think that's worth it. Mind you, that results in more than 4k dps less, more than 3k health and the res.
I would gian some aspd, but seeing me with already >2 aspd, I gain nothing from that. Also I'd gain 10 mf and 10 gf, roughly. Still...

Any opinions?

Was wondering if my 11% movement speed was enough? I found some nice boots with move speed but other item will cost me tons. :(

Buy some really cheap frs items and see how much of a difference 25% actually makes.

Hydra damage is completely dependent on your dps. The higher it is, the harder hydra hits.

It's usually worth losing damage, life, and res in favor of achieving that 25% (or close to it). Simply follow my suggestion above.

What does "frs" stand for?

And yeah, think of Movement speed as a form of defense like Armor/Res/Life. It's just that movement speed "scales with skill". The better you are at maneuvering, the more benefit you'll gain from movement speed. But if you really suck and just stand in one place often, then movement speed will not be as effective. Of course, it will help you get out of situations often that require you to dodge something.

I'm looking for advice and suggestion on how to improve my wiz. Goes through hell no problem, but like most, inferno is a different story. I have around 3 mil now. Which gear should i start upgrading from first, and what mod is crucial to increase? All stats are after energy armor and weap buff.

Thank you.
