I got a question for lvl 60 DH who farm past a1 ... what are you going to do with the IAS nerf next patch ?? change to crit / crit dmg build ?? do you think it will still work well ??
id like some info , cuz atm , i just hit 60 on my dh , and im lost , should i go attack speed right now even with the nerf ? or should i get my crit now ?
any help appreciated , pm me , or post back here :)

Just started playing my Witch Doctor and was wondering about skills. What's a good end game setup to run?

Poison Dart - Splinters (seems like a pretty common skill and for good reason)
Zombie Charger - Zombie Bears (seems like a very popular option with tons of damage)
Spirit Walk - Honored Guest (for the nice mana bouns)
Soul Harvest - Soul to Waste (the way I see it, the less I have to go in close for this bonus, the better)
Gargantuan - Restless Giant (I hear that the tanks don't really work in inferno but supposedly the patch is going to remedy that and I LOVE having summons)
???

So those are the 5 that I forsee myself using when I get to inferno but I can't figure out what a good sixth option is. If there are better options than any of those skills, I'd like some input. But can anyone recommend a 6th skill? I think I want something with crowd control, so maybe Mass Confusion?

Grasp of the dead with the Unbreakable Grasp rune for the 6th skill maybe?

Hmm was considering this. This would also give me a bit of offense. My only concern is the slow. Doesn't it get nerfed hard in inferno?

I don't think slow get's nerved, because it's just movement speed (stun and frozen makes them uncapable of doing anything)

But I was also wondering, I'm nearing the end of lvl 40 (46 atm) and nightmare (just killed siegebreaker)
and I've been running around with
Prim: Splinter Dart
Sec: Lotus Swarm (the posion cloud on death one)
Spirit Walk (Jaunt)
Soul Harvest (Life thingy)
Big Bad Voodoo (+30% DMG) I love this one :3
Fetish Army (more fetish)

Is this set ok to run with further into hell (and perhaps inferno)
or does my build need tweaking (I'm not a fan of Zombie Bears)?
I'm guessing either Fetish or Voodoo need to be swapped with either Grasp of the Dead or Zombie wall or both.
Suggestions please :P

The most common Inferno progression build POST act 1 is

Poison Dart - Splinters,
Hex - Hedge Magic
Wall of Zombies - Your Preference
Grasp of the Dead - Extra Slow (whatever it's called)
Horrify - Increased Range (My preference, you can mix it up)
Spirit Walk - Jaunt/Honored Guest

Spirit Vessel, PTV, Spiritual Attunement/Blood Ritual

Act 1 is considerably easier, and you can just zombie bear right through it if you wish. You can also swap out wall of zombies for some aoe or locust swarm if you need it, but in most cases you just spam dart until you the ptchk ptchk ptchk sound haunts your dreams.

nice stuff i want 68 k dmg ill be there soon i just upped my guys hp to 56k and res to 430 ill put upm some new pics later after i get my new belt and my dmg on my wep is 673.3 dmg

Question to you crazyshot, when you choose the splinter rune, doesn't the dot of the original skill disappear? And if so, doesn't that nullify the one skill you prot bad medicine with???

splinter remains posion dmg, so bad medicine still works
