Compass rose is a
very underrated option when you need that 24% movement speed vs ranged classes.
Damage between the two options is similar but as you see below compass rose + rare bracer
increases EHP by 5.18% (!) .
keep in mind that rare bracer could be much better too.

Although this would be a viable option when you want to go EHP.
it's really not because it leaves you no gear flexibility if you decide to gear in this fashion
