As for the speed issue, maybe you can switch out the CD/CC gloves or amulet for CC/Attack Speed instead, or trifecta of course, if you can afford it (shouldn't hurt your DPS, I think :S).

Uber build is pretty straight forward, just use the one I used for general farming but switch Volatile Explosives for Thunder ball.

Bola Shot - Thunderball
Sentry - Guardian
Shadow Power - Gloom
Vault - ???
Spike trap - Echoing Blast
Caltrops - Bait the Trap

Passives:

Perfectionist
Archery
Numbing Traps

This makes it very hard to die and gives your group a huge DR bonus. Factor in the sentries pumping out free dps while offering additional dps, spike traps doing huge damage, and thunderball giving you a stun that works on them and you gotta try really hard to lose with this setup.

I'd say Preparation over Caltrops maybe? Since you havent any mean to recover Disc, i'll try out the rest of the build

Im using manticore with 1045dp, 276 dext and 167, 89chd with 1 socket. Now if i change the bow for 2 socket manticore and lower dext and vit, would it be better for my dps, or atleast better for my overall damage? And whats the minimum dps, and dext xbow i need to get to increase my damage? Also would it be a good idea to change my bow at all, because of the vita bonus?

I have only played for a month now, so i dont really know the crit system and dext bonus diffrence..

I'd say improve ur Dead Man Legacy with one 18%+ IAS, shouldnt be too expensive, also Nats Boots could be improved

Search google with "Diablo 3 damage calculator" there are a lot of sites that can help you choosing the right weapon

Definitely go with the calculator and use both the DPS and EHP calcs.

Will always give you the best info for your specific needs.

you have nice stuff... i would aim to improve helm (do u really need the 4th bonus of Nat? why not an Andy or a Mempo?), amu (get 1 with @res and vit maybe) and Lacuni (with CC)

Oh ok I picked up a mempo and it increased dps by almost 19k. My crit hit chance is only 41 so I think I just might get some lacuni's with chc and I am also thinking of replacing my nat's ring with a better one.
