I believe it. I'm on vacation and this shit always goes public and patched the day I get back.

Also, I've done countless preclears and it seems the party either gets none or 2+ usually 3.

Blizzard could have easily controlled legendary over pooping by limiting the ips they pop on

I ran on IP 78 in Act 3. Did Stonefort, Sky, Keep 1-3, Tower of Cursed 1/2, Core, Azmodan.

Found 7 63's and a Legendary Frost Burns

I'd have to do some more runs on this specific IP to be convinced that this exploit in fact is true.

EDIT: Still have half a game on 78 to run though
