k tal helmet just looks retarded, no matter how good the stats can be , anyway i had a 230 int 5,5 cc archon helm and my new andy 9 ias 4,5 cc 169 int gave me 3 k more dps , so if u wannt a good tal helm it need like 260 int + 6 cc and u look like a tard

While shopping for a Tal Rasha's Allegiance (set amulet), since the crit % roll is super expensive, what would be the next best option? Perhaps one with ASI + damage?
