It allows you to craft bracers, however you can get good ehp from bthorne pants and lacuni's as well. Or pants of your choice.

how about just drop the 12% extra movespeed and get better stats on pants or bracers, whatever? is it that important on wd? i mean 12 percent....who cares tell me

and whats the better way to go now skorn or rare, slow aps, high dmg weap + frog/snake?

Any character of any class that is built without 24% movement speed should be deleted, their account closed and game uninstalled forever.

I have no trouble with 12% MS. I have 3 Lacunis in Stash a couple of Inna's pants and I don't use them. They lower my EHP/DPS.
