doin pretty good, monk has been able to kill everything other then D in inferno (solo that is). I can kill D in theory if I could stay out of getting caged, but he dies immediately if I'm caged on either part 2 or 3 of him.

I've been farming act 3 for so long now. I cover the area from the storefront to Azmo. Not skipping any of the area. I rarely die so don't really waste any time walking back and whatnot.

EDIT: Oh I skip that area from the base to Bridge of korsikk. That's just a huge empty space with couple elites + barracks. I don't do that area.

IF you are caged, do the following:

-Take hand off the mouse (You will need both)
-Spam your Serenity, Breath of Whatever, Potion, Or any ability if you are running Transcendence as fast as you can
-Since you are left with 1 hp (always) you will hopefully get a heal in there before Diablo hits you at 1 hp.
-Pray to whatever heathen God you pray to
-Continue to fight him.

I see I see. If I've cleared 80% of the lvl but the rest is on the opposite side of corner, I just skip that part. No point in walking back a minute to to couple mobs.

hmm maybe i don't spam my serenity fast enough when he's holding me in the air :P i'll give it a try.

e: i get what you're saying, use 1 hand to spam serenity and the other hitting "q", and hopefully 1 of them hits before D hits me.

Yes.

When I killed Diablo back in the newbie days, I normally had 1 of those two options have available. Just in case I messed up.

Its easier just to blind Diablo as sson as you see him casting cages. D casts them slowly so there is enough time.

When you fight Diablo, you want to cast Blind as soon as it gets available to get the most burst dmg out of your monk.

Saving the blind for that moment isn't very efficient.

How do i improve damage without spending millions.
Also going to replace left ring/boots with Magic find gear, and was wondering if I should replace belt too or does 17% melee dr > 17% magic find?
