hey what speed on weapon is needed for archon wizard? fast or slow? or doesnt matter.

with your current setup can you survive 2 grotesques blowing up at once? ..can you survive a molten blast? i'm assuming you can, but that might be a reason to stick with zuni since you're giving up 70-90 res for that extra cc.. although all that extra dex helps too.

also, it look like you're wealthy, so i assume you've tested the dmg diff between a ruby and zuni boots? i don't think ice climbers will ever be BiS though.

what's your opinion on storm crow? i used a mempo before with 20apoc and 48cc for a week and instantly missed 30apoc. does mana drain happen often on isolated monsters enough with your 19apoc that you end up skipping them to get to a group? from my experience storm crow is BiS.

On Archon you only need to focus the dps since it benefith from ias:
Higher aps would resolve in more ticks and thereby more life on hit if you have that. So if you could choose between same dps on low or High aps then always choose High aps since in Archon build your attack is t in one Blow. Ofcause some people would say the arcane blast benefith more from the one with lower aps since thats a fixed cd skilluse. But for me arcane blast is just a lifeleech skill - strike and beam are the mob killers and they benefith from High aps.

My advice (hardcore) is to get a good flow between dps and ehp
MP5: 150+ buffed dps, any 3-400 unbuffed EHP - lifeleech from weapon could be needed at this dps

Mp7-8: 250k buffed dps. 500 unbuffed EHP lifeleech from blood magic

Mp9-10 350+ buffed dps. 600k unbuffed EHP life leech from blood magic

And with ehp dont count dex benefiths since Dodge chances are still to small compared that risk of bad strike is to Big.

And who Am I to say this? A top World hc Archon wiz who play mp 10 regulary.

i have 425k buffed DPS and I farm mp8. MP9 is just not efficient

? I dont get it, how fast do you softcore char run - i know your quicker than us since you dont mind dieing - but that much faster????

A1 Mp 10 - if you dont stop for breaks and chat - takes less than an hour to complete with avarage xp on ~120 pr hour and 4-5 legendaries pr run (full party ofcause).

If what you say is true you would need to make a run on mp7 faster than 35 min and legendary drops would each run be around 2 in avarage. Because mp 7 only give bonus item 50-60% at the time.

Edited my time say should be scaled if you have different runtime at mp10

what should I be focusing on purchasing first
have budget of about 7bio

I'd say a good chantodo set, and depending on whether or not you get an apoc offhand you'll need to shop around for storm crows. Make sure to get a tal armor that has all res and an armor roll, unless you pick up a lot of armor on your other gear.

e/ mine's not godly by any means but it could be a good starter point for you

would it be wiser to maybe drop a lil aps, and go for more raw damage?

just don't like zuni ring, no cc

i would use an int trifecta loh amu as high end (should be too exp)

plan b ) 400+ loh on a ring

what i did since trifecta zuni pox very exp

zuni pox cc loh + trifecta rare ring

maybe unity is fine too, but i wouldn't let out any cc source on my gear
